Dear Residents —
Do not leave trash outside your apartment.
The committee has received reports of trash left outside apartments in hallways and entryways. We would like to remind our residents to either immediately put your trash in a dumpster or leave trash inside your apartment. Common spaces are to be left clean — not only does trash cause clutter and constitute a fire hazard, it stinks up the apartment buildings — disrupting residents’ quality of life — and can attract rats, cockroaches, and other undesirable pests.
