At 5 PM on December 11th, the Lawrence Committee held a monthly Town Hall meeting over Zoom. The following are the minutes of that meeting.
- Deliveries
- There have been numerous mis-deliveries and package thefts in recent weeks, particularly with Amazon deliveries
- The committee compiles monthly reports and reaches out to delivery services to improve the situation
- Residents are encouraged to continue reporting cases through Slack or email—more information helps us make a stronger case
- Delivery Improvements: We are exploring options for better signage/labels to help delivery drivers locate the correct entrances

- Social Events
- We are planning a Pizza & Board Game Night to start the spring semester! 🙂
- The event is tentatively scheduled for the evening of January 25, 2026
- Lawrence Committee mugs will be distributed at this event
- Lawrence Mugs
- The committee will order Lawrence mugs, which are expected to arrive in mid-January and to be distributed at future community events!
- Amenities
- We are exploring additions to our common spaces, including more board games and storage solutions
- Additional foosball balls will be ordered for the foosball table
- Laundry Room Enhancements
- We will be implementing a trial program in the new semester to improve laundry room amenities
- This may include items like cleaning wipes and paper towels
- Admin
- Next town hall is scheduled for Feb 5, 2026, at 5pm.
