Dear Lawrence residents,
At 4:30 PM on April 10, the Lawrence Committee held a monthly Town Hall meeting over Zoom. The following are the minutes of that meeting.
- Tigerfest is coming up on Saturday, May 3rd
- 12:00pm-3:00pm, Graduate College South Lawn. It should be fun so everyone should come!!!
- Building 1 fire alarm
- Building 1 fire alarm has gone off at 3am twice in the last week
- Was actually an alarm on the pump for the fire suppression system and the issue has been resolved
- 14 Laundry room
- Repeatedly someone has been leaving washing machines very dirty, sometimes with pet droppings
- The committee is aware of the issue and is continuing to attempt to resolve it
- Wine and Cheese night was very successful. Thanks everyone who came!
- There will be a garden party event in May. Woohoo!
- Clothing Swap by Office of Sustainability
- The actual swap will take place May 1st, 12pm-4pm
- Clothing collection bin in Lawrence 1 through April 30th
