The Lawrence Committee would like to announce a Chinese New Year Lantern Festival taking place this Sunday, February 13th in the Old Lawrence courtyard.
At 2 PM, Xingyu Zhang will lead a workshop for making lanterns. A children’s workshop will be held concurrently.
At 6 PM, there will be a lantern parade and a riddle contest, accompanied by some delicious tang yuan.
Finally, at 7 PM, we’ll award prizes for the riddle contest and the best lanterns at the festival.
