Minutes of March Lawrence Committee Meeting has been posted.
The next meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 20th
at 7:00pm in the community room of 1 Lawrence Drive.

The following major issues were discussed:
1.
The Lawrence Committee Sovereign account
currently has (approximately) $745. The Committee’s Graduate School account has
$449.20.
2.
As previously discussed, some buttons don’t work
in the remote control of the TV set in the common room of Lawrence 14. Housing
is investigating the possibility of replacing the TVs. As a first step, we will
get an international remote.
3.
We are planning to organize two social events:
the spring barbeque in early May, and the ice-cream social in mid May.
4.
The sign-up for the gardening plots will begin
in early April. We will send an email with more details soon.
5.
We are considering buying some new gardening
tools.
