A biweekly Saturday shuttle will connect Lawrence Apartments with shopping destinations on Route 1 (e.g., Target, Wegmans, Walmart) during the fall semester.
To assist new graduate students as they settle in, this shuttle will operate on both Sept. 5th and 12th from 10 AM to 4:30 PM. (Usually it runs only on alternate Saturdays.) Regular service will run every other Saturday, starting on September 26.
See http://www.princeton.edu/transportation/tigertransit.html for details.

That’s good news, though it would be even better to have the West Line stop at Lawrence on its way to Market Fair. At present, it drives right past us, every weekday.
(If the minute spent driving in and out of Lawrence would disrupt the schedule too much, it could at least pause outside at the Helm building bus stop. This would seem to have zero cost, and would make it easier for carless Lawrence residents to go grocery shopping any day, rather than once a fortnight. This seems like a no-brainer. Am I missing something?)
Hi, Richard. The Graduate Student Government works with the University to plan the shuttle routes. You should email gsg@princeton.edu with your suggestion. Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback!
