At 4 PM on October 10, the Lawrence Committee held a monthly Town Hall meeting over Zoom. The following are the minutes of that meeting.
- Residents raised concerns regarding packages being delivered to back doors of buildings and the committee is looking into the possibility of additional signage on buildings.
- The committee is preparing for the upcoming Lawrence Committee election which will take place in early November. Please look out for information regarding a call for nominations shortly.
- The committee shared a proposal with the graduate school and the University Student Life Committee regarding increased access and inclusion for spouses and domestic partners in campus life.
- The proposal calls for spouses and domestic partners to have increased access to online resources, listservs, university spaces, and events.

- With the renovation of the Lawrence common rooms, the committee will be exploring ways to decorate the refurbished spaces.
- The committee is interested in displaying resident art, and will be sharing more information with residents and how they can contribute if interested.
- Construction is almost complete on the new racquet club opening in the Meadows neighborhood. This exercise facility will be open to all students. More information on the project can be found here: https://facilities.princeton.edu/projects/racquet-and-recreation-center.
