- Improper pet waste disposal: Someone has been leaving bags of dog poop on the floor in the men’s bathroom on the first floor of Building 1. Sometimes they are on the floor. Sometimes they are in the trash. The Committee would like residents to know that this is unacceptable. We are aware of the negative impact this has on our community.
- The committee is holding a Bike and Scooter Safety Event from 3 – 5 PM on April 30th.
- At 3 PM, Sourland Cycles will give a bike safety talk.
- Parking and Transportation will give out bike light sets to anyone who registers a bike or already has a bike registered.
- People can get their helmet fit assessed.
- There will be time to try out electric scooters.
- At 5 pm, some members of the Lawrence Exec will lead a bike ride.
- Snacks will be provided.
- The committee is working to plan a pool party at Nassau Swim Club for both Lawrence Residents and graduate students in general.
- The committee is working on potentially restarting weekly yoga lessons for Lawrence Residents.
- The committee is looking into different sources for funding these classes, including Campus Recreation, TigerWell, and GSG events board.
- Some questions were raised about whether there would be continued interest during the summer months when Princeton is off.
